Shlomi Hadar - Founding Partner
Graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the Faculty of Law of Tel Aviv University, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with honors from the Stricks School of Law in the College of Management academic track, and a certified mediator.
Joined the Bar Association as a member in 2004.
Advocate Hadar has extensive experience in the field of civil-commercial law, with an emphasis on managing crises and complex legal disputes, representation in legal courts, and large-scale arbitration proceedings in various industries, including contract law, insurance law, intellectual property, labor law, privacy protection, and defamation.
Advocate Hadar began his professional career as an intern and then served for several years as an attorney at the firm of Dr. Y. Segev & Co., and in this framework, he managed litigation cases with significant financial volumes in a variety of fields and accompanied large-scale projects in the real estate industry.
During his studies, Adv. Hadar was one of the founders of the "Zman Emet" Institute for legal writing by outstanding students, a member of the editorial board of the journal "HaMishpat", one of the editors of the book Shamgar, and a legal assistant in the field of contract law.
In parallel with his work, Adv. Hadar lectures in various frameworks in his fields of expertise, alongside activity in social associations.

John Geva - Founding Partner
Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Tel Aviv University, LL.B. Major in the reserves. Practiced in insurance and capital market law and tort law since 1990.
Serves as the legal advisor to the insurance agents who are members of the Chamber and served as the legal advisor to the Insurance Agents' Chamber for 24 consecutive years. Serves as the legal advisor to the Association of Financial Planners in Israel and BNI ISRAEL.
Author of the book: "Practical Aspects of Insurance Law - The Insurance Agent" as well as hundreds of articles and articles in his fields of practice, including in professional sections and professional newspapers such as:
"Globes" "Policy", "Adif Communications", "Insurance and Finance", "Resources", "Levi Yitzhak Car Price List", and more.
Broadcaster of the Insurance Corner on Radio 90FM and participates in various forums. Teaches insurance law in a number of central bodies, including the College of Insurance and Finance of the Insurance Agents' Chamber in Israel, the College of Administration, the Academic Track School Economics, guest lecturer at various universities, at the Bar Association and in many places.
Conducts audits of insurance agencies and insurance companies as part of the increased enforcement of the Capital Market Authority, Insurance and Savings under the Pension Advice and Marketing Law.
Involved in extensive regulatory activity also with the Capital Market Authority, Insurance and Savings and participates in various Knesset committees and various legislative procedures in the fields of insurance and regulation.
Attorney John Geva is a volunteer at the Haim Association for Children with Cancer and in other organizations.

Shira Finkelstein
Graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Bar-Ilan University.
Adv. Finkelstein worked as a lawyer at the firm "Weisglass-Almagor & Co." and represented government hospitals and the doctors working there in highly complex medical malpractice lawsuits, as well as representing some of the largest insurance companies in the country in claims under the Compensation for Traffic Accident Victims and Work Accidents Law.
Attorney Finkelstein has gained extensive experience in handling hundreds of complex medical malpractice claims and claims for serious traffic accidents and work accidents in all instances and before National Insurance committees, and currently focuses on representing injured parties only, in claims against insurance companies and the National Insurance Institute.
Yaron Zemer - Partner
בוגרת תואר ראשון במשפטים (LL.B) מהאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים, והוסמכה כחברה בלשכת עורכי הדין בשנת 2024. את התמחותה ביצעה במחלקת דיני התחרות במשרד גולדפרב גרוס זליגמן.
במהלך שירותה הצבאי שירתה ביחידת דובר צה”ל, ובמהלך מלחמת חרבות ברזל נקראה לשירות מילואים שכלל סיקור חיילים פצועים שאושפזו בבית החולים שיבא.

Yaron Zemer - Partner

Winner of the Dean's Award for Personal Excellence. During his studies, he worked at the Central District Court, in the office of one of the judges, and then specialized in the international department of the State Attorney's Office in the field of criminal-international law. Today, Attorney Zemer lectures at the academy in parallel with his work on these issues.
Prior to working at the firm, Adv. Zemer worked as an attorney in the litigation department of one of the leading law firms in Israel and later as a partner in a law firm.
Adv. Zemer accompanies complex commercial transactions in the commercial and insurance fields and represents in various proceedings in the firm's areas of expertise and in all instances.
In labor law disputes, Attorney Zemer represents both employees and employers.
